What happens each day
Monday, October 26: arrival and warm-up
Registration, the exhibitor hall, live open office hours and a new AI Dev Center open from midday, followed by an evening kickoff for the HighLevel community.
Tuesday, October 27: main stage, day one
This is the day to watch. After the opening keynote, the LevelUp Day session brings HighLevel's roadmap reveal, followed in the afternoon by a co-founder Q&A, breakout sessions and a closing keynote. Most of the big product news is likely to come from this day.
Wednesday, October 28: product and deep dives
Keynotes in the morning and breakouts and panels in the afternoon: the day for learning how features work in practice, and for meeting the people behind the product. The evening includes HighLevel's awards gala.
Thursday, October 29: fireside and farewell
A lighter final day, with keynotes and breakouts, an unscripted session with the founders, and the event wrap-up.
Who's speaking
HighLevel describes this as its largest speaker lineup yet, with more than 60 speakers. Keynote speakers announced on the official site at the time of writing include Gary Vaynerchuk, Daymond John, Neil Patel, Ryan Deiss, Billy Gene, Adley Kinsman, Trent Shelton, James Dumoulin and Chris Finlayson, with more being revealed. The sessions are organised around four groups of HighLevel users:
- Agency owners building agencies that can grow beyond the founder.
- SaaSpreneurs reselling HighLevel as their own software. If that's you, our SaaS mode setup guide covers the foundations.
- Business owners using HighLevel to automate their own operations.
- Affiliates and certified admins turning platform expertise into a business.
Can you watch LevelUp 2026 online?
Not live. HighLevel's FAQ states that only in-person tickets are available and no virtual tickets are being sold. Session recordings are available as a separate purchase when you buy a ticket.
If you're not attending, the practical approach is to follow HighLevel's official announcements and product updates during and after the event, then focus on the handful of features that matter for your business. We'll publish a plain-English breakdown of the announcements and what they mean in practice once they're public.
What to expect from the announcements
HighLevel hasn't published the feature list in advance, and we won't guess. What we can say from the agenda:
- A big batch of updates at once. 300+ features and updates means some will be major and many will be smaller improvements. Not all of them will matter for every business.
- AI is a clear theme. The new AI Dev Center suggests a focus on AI and building on the platform. If you already use automation workflows, expect more ways to add AI to them.
- A roadmap, not just releases. Some announcements are likely to be "coming soon" rather than available the next day. Plan around what's actually released.
How to prepare your GoHighLevel account now
The businesses that benefit most from a big release are the ones whose accounts are already clean. New features are easiest to adopt when you know exactly what your current setup does. Use the days before LevelUp to:
- Audit your current setup. Remove unused workflows, fix duplicate triggers and tidy your fields and tags. Our free GoHighLevel Setup Checklist covers 63 checks you can work through in about 30 minutes.
- Document what you have. A short list of your key workflows, integrations and who owns each login makes it obvious where a new feature could replace something.
- Back up key assets. Save a snapshot of important accounts before enabling new features, so you have a reference point if something changes unexpectedly.
- Create a test sub-account. Try new features there first, never directly in a live client account.
- Write your wishlist. List the three problems you most want solved, such as faster lead response, better reporting or fewer no-shows. After the event, check the announcements against that list instead of trying to adopt everything.
- Check your foundations still work. Make sure email authentication and SMS registration are in order. New messaging or AI features won't help if messages don't arrive.
A tip for agencies: plan a staged rollout
If you manage client accounts, resist the urge to switch everything on the week after LevelUp. A calmer approach works better:
- Week 1: test new features in your own test account and note what's genuinely useful.
- Week 2: update your master snapshot with anything that improves client results, and test it.
- Week 3 onwards: roll out to clients in small groups, with a short note explaining what changed and why.
This protects client results, and new features become a reason to talk to clients about upgrades and new services.
After LevelUp: turning announcements into results
A list of new features doesn't grow a business; implementing the right ones does. Once the announcements are public, we'll break down what's changed and how to put it to work. If you'd like help adopting new features in your account or across your clients, our team can set them up and test them for you, or start with a free GHL audit to see where your account stands today.
